I am an Italian working professional who has been living and working in the Netherlands for over a year, currently registered in Zaandam. My partner will be moving to the Netherlands in March, and together we are looking for a clean, comfortable home that allows registration. I am employed full-time with a gross monthly salary of €3,000. My partner is also employed in her home country and has the possibility of receiving a contract from my current employer once she arrives, as new positions will be opening early next year. We also have a guarantor who can support us during the first months if necessary. We are a calm, tidy and responsible couple. We don’t smoke, we have no pets, and we can provide proof of income and references if required. We are looking for a rental period of at least six months, but we are open to shorter stays as well. Hi everyone! I'm Lola, 22 years old and from Vienna, Austria. I'll be moving to the Netherlands at the end of August to get my Masters in Crisis and Security Management at Leiden University (The Hague Campus). Ideally, I'm trying to find a room in a shared apartment/house with roommates or a small apartment/studio either in The Hague, Leiden or Delft to rent for a little more than a year starting mid-August. I'm very excited to be studying "abroad" (or away from home, I guess) again, as I find that experiencing new cultures is one of the best things a young person can do. I'm a huge fan of traveling and I got my Bachelor's degree in the United States, so I think living somewhere different in Europe for my Masters will be a cool change. I'm used to living with people, I've always grown up with siblings and spent the last four years living with 1, 2 and all the way up to 6 people, so I'd say I'm quite adaptable and know how roommate life works. As for my free time, I looove all things food and going out to eat, hanging out with my roommates, reading, going out on the weekends but also having fun nights in. I would describe myself as outgoing, responsible, independent, easygoing, and fun to be around. I'm also a very active person, I've played tennis my whole life and played college sports while in the US but generally enjoy most sports (especially volleyball and football). I don't speak Dutch yet BUT I'll be learning, so for now I hope my German and English (and humble French) will suffice :). Excited to meet you guys!!
