And I need a parking space for a car. I am looking for a long term indefinite lease, but temporary leases are also interesting for me, as I can find other housing while there. I am looking for solo studios or also room-sharing, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, as I do not have any furniture. I have always lived with roomies and I am a good roommate.
