Beste, Mijn naam is Sem, ik ben 24 jaar oud. En ik ben opzoek naar een woning wat ik tijdelijk of permanent mijn huisje kan noemen. Ik werk ongeveer 40 uur perweek in de bouw (8:00 uur op de klus en 16:00 weer weg). Daar ben ik nu al 6 jaar timmerman en probeer ik mij te ontwikkelen richting loodgieter. Ook voetbal ik graag. Dat doe ik een paar keer per week en drinken wij daarna vaak graag een borrel. Ik kan enorm genieten van koken en ook ben ik sins kort begonnen met taarten bakken Verder woon ik nu nog in haarlem op de Brinkmanpassage, daar huur ik een appartement met mijn vriendin. Wij betalen daar nu al een jaar €2200,- voor. Voor twee starters die willen opbouwen naar uiteindelijk een huisje kopen is dat gewoon te veel. Daarom hoop ik dat jullie een woning kunnen vinden voor mij. Terwijl mijn vriendin terug gaat naar haar ouders tot haar studie klaar is.
