I'm Justas, a 19-year-old from Lithuania starting the Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering at TU Eindhoven this September. I'm looking for a room and would be a quiet, tidy, low-maintenance tenant — non-smoker, no pets. As a student I don't yet have Dutch income, but rent is well covered: my father is acting as guarantor and comfortably meets the income requirements, and I can also pay several months' rent upfront for extra assurance. I'm looking for a stable, long-term stay for the duration of my studies (up to four years). I'm flexible on move-in timing, ideally settling in during August before classes start. Ik ben Floris en ik begin in september met Electrical Engineering. Ik kom uit Eindhoven en zoek dus een kamer. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home.
