Beste verhuurder, Graag stellen wij ons kort aan u voor. Wij zijn een rustig, hardwerkend en betrouwbaar gezin uit Oekraïne (mijn vrouw, ikzelf en onze dochter van 8 jaar). We wonen en werken in de regio Noord-Holland en zijn nu per direct op zoek naar een fijne zelfstandige woning voor de lange termijn. Ik ben fulltime werkzaam als keukenmonteur bij REDDY Kitchens. In totaal heb ik ruim 10 jaar ervaring in de meubelbranche. Mijn werkgever is tevreden over mijn inzet en ziet goede perspectieven voor een verdere samenwerking, wat ons een stabiele basis geeft. Mijn vrouw werkt in de grafische sector bij een drukkerij; ook haar werkgever is zeer tevreden en hecht veel waarde aan een langdurige voortzetting van haar dienstverband. Samen hebben we een goed en stabiel gezinsinkomen. We zijn volop bezig met onze integratie: onze dochter gaat naar een reguliere Nederlandse basisschool en mijn vrouw en ik ronden volgende maand onze taalcursus af voor het A2-diploma. Dit zien wij als een belangrijke stap in onze verdere integratie, aangezien wij de intentie hebben om ons hier voor de lange termijn te vestigen. Als huurders zijn we ontzettend netjes en rustig. Dankzij mijn technische achtergrond als monteur kunt u er zeker van zijn dat we de woning met de grootste zorg zullen onderhouden. We hebben geen huisdieren, op een klein aquarium met vissen na. We hebben al een vlekkeloze historie wat betreft eerdere particuliere huur, betalingen en goed huurderschap. Mijn naam is Kateryna. Ik ben op zoek naar een woning in Arnhem of Nijmegen voor ongeveer 12 maanden. Even een korte introductie: ik ben 20 jaar oud en kom uit Oekraïne. Ik studeer aan de HAN, waar ik de opleiding International Business volg. Ik heb een jaar in Arnhem gewoond in het Helix SSH-gebouw en had daar een contract voor een jaar. In mijn tweede jaar deelde ik een appartement met twee andere huurders, dus ik heb ervaring met samenwonen met een paar mensen. Indien nodig kan ik een referentie van hen als verhuurder overleggen. Mijn financiële garantstellers zijn mijn ouders, dus ik kan hun financiële garantiedocumenten overleggen. Hun gemiddelde netto-inkomen over de afgelopen 3 maanden is 5037 euro. Vanaf september 2026 zit ik in mijn laatste bachelorjaar en vanaf dan ga ik ook op zoek naar een baan. I am a 21-year-old student from Sweden, pursuing my dream of becoming a professional composer and arranger of music at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam this September. I have never lived abroad before, but I am very excited to get to know the Netherlands! I am currently learning Dutch and would like to live with other people so I can have native speakers to practice with. I have previously lived in student housing with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Thanks to this, I am well-adjusted to sharing responsibilities, not offended by being told what to do, and I am equally comfortable communicating what I need. I don’t know anyone in the Netherlands yet, so I am hoping that living in a shared space will help me find some friends! :) My income will consist of grants and loans from the student board of finance in Sweden (CSN), which is paid out every month. I neither smoke or have pets and all of my practising / composing will take place at the conservatory.
