My days will mainly be focused on studying, working remotely and spending time in a calm home environment. I am a non-smoker and highly value a peaceful living atmosphere. Throughout my previous rental experiences, I have always treated every property with care and respect and have never caused any issues for landlords or neighbours. As a homeowner in Poland, I understand the importance of maintaining a property in excellent condition and respecting house rules. In addition, my application is supported by a guarantor partner, who is the owner of a prosperous law firm in Poland. I have prepared a complete application package, including my tenant profile, proof of income, guarantor declaration and supporting financial documentation.
