Hey! I'm Oleh, 19 years old, and I'll be starting Industrial Engineering at TU/e this September. Finding the right place to live is honestly one of the things I'm most focused on right now, so I wanted to write something real here rather than the usual copy-paste stuff. I've been finishing high school at the International School Twente, so I'm used to the culture and successfully assimilate. I know how to take care of a place, handle myself independently, and actually be a decent neighbour. Tidy flat, no drama - that's genuinely just how I live. Outside of studying, I'm into music, gaming, travelling whenever I can, and going out with friends. I like having a social life, but I'm also totally fine coming home, cooking something and having a quiet evening. No pets, don't smoke. I'm easy to communicate with and will always be upfront if anything comes up.

Hoi ik ben Yara, ik ben 25 jaar en volg de opleiding stand en decorbouw op het Nimeto in Utrecht. In september ga ik mijn laatste schooljaar in en hoop ik mijn diploma te halen. Mijn naam is Floris. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een fijne studio, woning of kamer waar ik me echt thuis kan voelen. Vanaf september begin ik aan de bachelor Geschiedenis aan de universiteit. Dat is een nieuwe stap waar ik ontzettend naar uitkijk, en daarom hoop ik een prettige plek te vinden om deze periode van mijn leven te starten. Ik ben een rustig, sociaal en verantwoordelijk persoon. Ik houd mijn woonruimte graag netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening te houden met de mensen om me heen. Een fijne en respectvolle woonomgeving betekent veel voor mij. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak te vinden op het voetbalveld of in de sportschool. Daarnaast luister ik graag naar muziek (uiteraard met een koptelefoon) en bezoek ik regelmatig een filmhuis. Ik geniet van een rustige en gezellige sfeer en ben geen feestganger.
