Ik ben Tip, 20 jaar oud en zit momenteel in het derde jaar van mijn studie Politicologie aan de VU. Naast mijn studie zit ik niet stil; ik werk bij een consultancybureau in de stad. Ik heb hierdoor mijn zaakjes goed op orde en een druk eigen leven, maar ben altijd in voor gezelligheid daar buiten. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik sportief (ik doe veel aan hardlopen en zaalvoetbal). From May until the end of August — Utrecht will be my place to live and work. Then, this Swede will most probably head back to the far north. Hallo, Ik ben Jing Mei (23 jaar) en studeer aan de HAN in Nijmegen. Hier voor heb ik al twee jaar op mijzelf gewoond. Dus de benodigde ervaring is aanwezig. Het liefst zoek ik zo spoedig mogelijk een (semi) studio in omgeving Arnhem - Nijmegen. Ik ben een sociaal persoon, maar ben ook erg gesteld op mijn rust. Ik ga netjes en zorgvuldig om met de woonplek, betaal de huur ook altijd op tijd en verder nooit problemen veroorzaakt of klachten gehad van vorige huurbazen. Zelf ga ik ook niet elke week feesten, rook niet en drink bijna nooit. Op de vroege ochtenden vind ik het heerlijk om mijn dag te beginnen in de sportschool. Verder vind ik het heel erg ontspannend om te koken of te bakken, lezen, wandelingen maken en schrijven. Ik werk bij de Albert Heijn in Oosterbeek en heb hier een vast contract, dus een stabiel inkomen is aanwezig. Hierdoor kan ik ook mijn werkplek makkelijk verplaatsen naar Nijmegen als ik hier een mooi aanbod vindt. Recentelijke loonstroken kan ik aantonen en indien het nodig is kan een van mijn ouders garantstaan, dit heb ik ook bij mijn vorige woonruimtes gedaan voor extra garantie, maar nog nooit nodig gehad. Ai, een titel voor een advertentie over mijzelf bedenkend dat is niet mijn sterkste kant. Mijn naam is Michelle en zoals je kon lezen zijn eigenschappen die mij kenmerken: enthousiast, perfectionistisch en gedreven.
