Nadat ik hersteld ben kan ik weer mijn werkzaamheden oppakken. Daarnaast heeft Nora inkomen van haar studiefinanciering en stage, op dit moment loopt zij stage in Dordrecht. Op dit moment bedraagt ons bruto inkomen rond de 1500-2000 per maand. Daarnaast beschikken wij gezamenlijk over circa €110.000 aan eigen vermogen. Dit vermogen is volledig aantoonbaar en biedt ons ruime financiële zekerheid om de maandelijkse huur en overige woonlasten te kunnen dragen. Indien gewenst kunnen wij uiteraard bewijsstukken van zowel ons vermogen als onze inkomsten aanleveren. De woning spreekt ons erg aan en sluit goed aan bij wat wij zoeken voor onze eerste woning samen. I'm Chani, 27, and I work in quality assurance for medical technology. For the past five years I've built and run the quality systems behind medical devices , most recently as senior QA officer on an autonomous medical robot, and now as quality and risk lead at Niavicta, where I'm also co-founder. I have an M.A. in International Management, with a thesis on the adoption of autonomous medical devices that was graded with distinction, and a B.Sc. in Physiology and Psychology, cum laude. I'm originally from South Africa, where I worked in medical device regulation before moving to the Netherlands in 2023. I've been in Utrecht since then, so this would be a local move rather than a fresh start, I know the area and I'm settled here. Outside work I'm at the gym a few times a week and I walk a lot; it's how I get away from a screen. The rest of my free time mostly goes into programming , I'm usually building something, learning a new tool, or taking a system apart to see how it works. As a housemate I'm tidy, self-sufficient and easy to live alongside. I cook properly, clean up after myself, and I'm not someone who fills the house with people. I like coming home to a calm place at the end of the day. I'm not a student, which in practice means a steady income, a predictable weekday routine, and no plans to move out at the end of a semester.
