First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around €2400 monthly and €29k annually gross, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 20 months as a forklift driver. I work through a work agency, however my position is 100% firm there with no realistic possibility of me getting laid off. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. Hey! Ik ben recent afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit Twente en momenteel werkzaam bij Decathlon in de klantenservice, terwijl ik op zoek ben naar een baan in de duurzame energiesector.
