I’m looking for a long-term stay (at least half a year). I’m clean and quiet, non-smoker, and non-drinker. My current housing contract ends in 10th August, so I’d like to find a place before then. Things I do: draw, read, exercise, teach Korean. My usual schedule: go to campus every weekday for lecture and practicals, go to library to study, get groceries, come back home and relax. I prefer having a healthy lifestyle so I wake up at 8am and go to sleep at 10-11pm. My background: born and raised in Korea until the age of 7, moved to Brazil and lived there for 6 years, completed my secondary school in Malaysia, and now I’m here for university. Hoi, ik ben Silke, 18 jaar, en in september ga ik beginnen met de studie geneeskunde in Groningen. Omdat ik uit de regio Twente kom, ben ik opzoek naar een fijne kamer in Groningen. Born and raised in Brazil, except for two exchange years (in Canada and New Zealand), and very excited to move to Eindhoven for my studies. I consider myself to be very active, always on the lookout for new activities to take part in. I’ve danced hip hop for 9 years, and plan to keep doing so, since Eindhoven seems to have a strong dance scene. I enjoy hiking, have done MMA, basketball and other sports whenever I get the chance. In my free time I like to walk around, people-watch, cook/bake, watch movies or read a book and hang out with friends, chatting for hours. If I was to expand on how I view myself, I’d say I can be social and energetic, but also quiet and chill. I’m curious and passionate about the world around me and the things that I do. Ik ben Joost, 24 jaar, studeer/woon momenteel in Delft, en kom de komende twee jaar een master natuurkunde studeren in Enschede. Ik ben lekker actief, open en energiek, dit zie je terug in dat ik de afgelopen jaren veel commissies heb gedaan en dit jaar actief was bij meerdere verenigingen. Dit jaar was ik actief bij de zeilvereniging, improvisatie theater groep, en ultimate frisbee vereniging. Ook hardlopen of een echt goede breinkraker vind ik heel leuk. Thuis ben ik juist vaak rustiger. Als ik bij jullie kom wonen is dit ook wat ik meeneem, rust en intresse afgewisseld met enthousiasme. Ik kan zowel uitgebreid als simpel/efficient koken en haal echt veel plezier uit baksels maken voor anderen (dit is echt zo, m'n frisbeeteam kan het beamen). Ik ben ook niet vies van klusjes doen, zo zit er scouting in mijn bloed en heb ik 6 jaar lang kinderen gemotiveerd om te genieten van het buitenleven. In een huis zoek ik een plek waar ik mijn ei kwijt kan, waar ik lekker kan yappen met huisgenoten maar ook tot rust kan komen. Ik kijk er naar uit om jullie te leren kennen.
