Hoi! Ik ben Luca. Ik begin in februari aan een opleiding tot operatieassistent in Utrecht, waarbij ik zowel werk als studeer. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer in een rustig maar gezellig huis! Ik ben zelf best actief met ballet, hardlopen en boulderen en vind het leuk om te koken. Verder ga ik veel naar drum&bass feestjes en vind ik het altijd leuk om een drankje te doen. Ik heb altijd met huisgenoten gewoond en hecht veel waarde aan een schone ruimte en een fijne sfeer dus ik zal daar zeker mijn steentje aan bijdragen!

Ik heb een stabiel inkomen, ik ben netjes, en ga respectvol om met de woonruimte van anderen. Ik heb geen huisdieren. Mijn huidige woning moet ik helaas verlaten vanwege sloop.

Ik hou van sport, yoga, surf, ben graag in de natuur en vind het fijn om in een bruisend deel van de stad te wonen. Ik zoek een lekkere (tijdelijke) plek, met een baby'tje.

Ik word vaak omschreven als een kalm, creatief en gedisciplineerd persoon, maar vooral als nieuwsgierig en leergierig. Dit jaar heb ik mijn diploma toegepaste psychologie gehaald en zit ik momenteel in een schakelprogramma naar een psychologische master. Naast mijn studie werk ik binnen het Begeleiding- en Advies Team van Noorderpoort, waar ik studenten ondersteun bij mentale problematiek of studieproblemen. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik te vinden op het volleybalveld, in de gym, maak ik digitale kunst en lees ik veel. Ik ben op zoek naar een fijne woonplek waar ik na een drukke dag tot rust kan komen, zodat ik er de volgende dag weer vol tegenaan kan!
