Hello, I am a French student in my third year of a bachelor’s degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences. I will soon be coming to Utrecht for a six-week research internship at Utrecht University, within the Faculty of Geosciences. My project focuses on the study of past greenhouse climates, 50 million years ago. I will be in Utrecht from May 30 to July 12. I am a calm, serious, and respectful person who likes to keep spaces clean and organized. I do not smoke and have several years of experience living on my own. Since a large part of my stay will be devoted to writing my research report, I am looking for a quiet place to live that is suitable for working. I’d also like to take advantage of my time in Utrecht to meet new people, connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and experience local life. Im an avid amatour photographer and shoot both in digital and on film. As I am a computer nerd by nature I prefer spending the time at home tinkering with my computers and doing online activities. Next to that I like to spend the evenings watching films or series or reading a good book. When it comes to my home Im very protective of it and I have the need to keep everything in order. While not a party type of any sort I do understand the value of inviting people to the home for some fun but generally I prefer meeting people out on the town so during weekends I might prefer to spend the whole day in one of Europes big cities for some fun.
