My name is Samuel, I am a 23 year old engineering student from Spain. I will be starting my Master studies at TU Delft on September 2026. I want to move the Netherlands as soon as possible to be there months before my studies start and look for a job in the meantime. During my stay in the Netherlands, I will have my parents as a guarantor, with enough savings for all expenses during the 2 year the master studies last. If needed, I can provide proof. On top of this, I will look for a part time job I can manage alongside my studies. About myself, I am a quiet and relaxed guy, I do not party, drink or smoke at all. Apart from studying, I spend my time learning things on my own, watching series and exercising. I have rented 4 different student rooms before. Never had any issues with the landlords.

Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
