I’ll be working at LUMC from the end of September/beginning of October until the beginning of December, so I’m looking for a room, studio or small apartment in Leiden for approximately 2–2.5 months. Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere relatively close to LUMC or Leiden Central Station, either within walking/cycling distance or with an easy connection. I will be starting my studies at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and I am hoping to find a nice place to settle into before the semester begins. I have been living in the Netherlands for the past two years, and during that time I have lived in shared flats as well as a studio apartment. Those experiences have taught me a lot about being a good tenant. I am clean, tidy, and I always make sure to take good care of the space I live in. Getting along well with housemates and landlords has never been an issue for me. I mainly speak English but I also have some basic Dutch, which I am working on improving. Regarding finances, I currently work at two jobs and am happy to provide proof of income from both. I also have a guarantor available if required.
