7430 Roommates in Netherlands

Beste verhuurders, 19 Augustus ga ik beginnen met werken in Utrecht en ben daarom opzoek naar mijn eigen plekje. Ik ben een nette huurder en heb niet veel nodig. Naast werken ga ik graag naar de sportschool en in het weekend zal ik vaak terug naar Groningen gaan. Mijn budget is 1200,- per maand en hoop hier iets voor de kunnen vinden. Graag hoor ik of ik welkom ben voor een bezichtiging of mogelijke tips als je die hebt.

Mijn naam is Vincent en komend studiejaar begin ik aan de opleiding Bedrijfskunde aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een fijne woonruimte in Rotterdam. Afgelopen jaar woonde en studeerde ik in de Verenigde Staten, waar ik mijn studie combineerde met voetbal op universitair niveau. Helaas moest ik door gezondheidsproblemen als gevolg van de ziekte van Pfeiffer eerder terugkeren naar Nederland. Inmiddels heb ik de keuze gemaakt om mijn studie voort te zetten aan de Erasmus Universiteit en kijk ik ernaar uit om een nieuwe start te maken in Rotterdam. Ik ben een rustige, nette en sociale huurder die zorgvuldig met een woning omgaat. Betrouwbaarheid, respect voor de omgeving en duidelijke afspraken vind ik belangrijk. Ik ben op zoek naar een plek waar ik mij volledig kan richten op mijn studie en voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen.
