I am looking for accommodation in Utrecht for myself only, from 1 September 2026 until the end of June 2027. My current rental agreement has expired, so I am searching for a new place to live for the coming academic year. I am a quiet, responsible and respectful tenant. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, cooking, sewing and other creative crafts. For the past two years, I rented a room in the home of a Dutch family, where we had a very positive experience, without any issues. I am able to provide further information about financial support, a guarantor, references from my previous landlord and proof of enrollment, as needed. Fayro speelt op een elektrische piano dus er is geen geluidoverlast voor de buren. Wij zijn nette, verantwoordelijke huurders en hebben tijdens onze huurperiode in Maastricht altijd een goede relatie met onze verhuurders gehad. Onze huurverplichtingen zijn steeds stipt nagekomen en wij zijn zorgvuldig met de woning omgegaan. Mijn naam is Wies, ik ben 23 jaar en momenteel woonachtig bij mijn ouders. In 2025 heb ik mijn studie International Social Work afgerond en sinds april 2026 ben ik werkzaam als trajectbegeleider bij een inburgeringsorganisatie in Nijmegen. Ik beschik over een stabiel inkomen uit loondienst met een bruto maandsalaris van €2.220,-. Ik ben financieel zelfstandig, ga zorgvuldig om met mijn uitgaven en ben op zoek naar een woning waar ik voor langere tijd kan wonen. Tijdens mijn studie heb ik op kamers gewoond in Nijmegen en internationale ervaring opgedaan, waaronder 3,5 maand stage in Nepal en een jaar stage in Ecuador (september 2024 – juli 2025). Deze periodes hebben mij veel geleerd over zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en het omgaan met verschillende culturen, contexten en situaties. Na mijn studie en internationale ervaringen wil ik nu graag mijn leven verder opbouwen in Nederland en mijn eigen plek creëren.
