I’m currently working as a Student Assistant in the Media Law Department at the Bayerische Landeszentrale für neue Medien (Bavarian Regulatory Authority for New Media). I’m a clean, responsible, and quiet tenant who values a peaceful and tidy living environment. My parents will fully guarantee my living expenses, ensuring that rent is always paid on time. From January 2026 onward, I also plan to take on a part-time job in Amsterdam alongside my studies.
