Some other hobbies of mine are piano, guitar, mountaineering, dog training, and karaoke. I volunteer, am active in the queer community, and value empathy and kindness above all else. I travel for work, and have been to 36 countries. I'm serious about financial planning, and have healthy savings to pay rent and security deposits up front and on time.

Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours.
