Ik ben 23 jaar en rond komende zomer mijn master Molecular Life Sciences af aan Wageningen University & Research. Vanaf september start ik als PhD student aan de Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige woonruimte (studio of appartement) in Nijmegen vanaf de zomer. Ik ben rustig, netjes en niet-roker. In Wageningen heb ik 5,5 jaar in een zelfstandige studio gewoond en momenteel verblijf ik tijdelijk in Denemarken voor een onderzoeksstage.

Vanwege een relatiebreuk ben ik op korte termijn op zoek naar een (tijdelijke) huurwoning in Nijmegen. Ik ben werkende student, waarbij ik momenteel de laatste fase van mijn masteropleiding Environmental Engineering combineer met een bijbaan (20-30 uur per week). Gezien deze combinatie van werken en studeren ben ik vrij druk en daarom op zoek naar een rustige leefomgeving, ofwel in de vorm van een zelfstandige woonruimte, of een gedeelde woonruimte met andere werkenden.
