My name is Aleksander, and I'm a Danish student currently finishing my Master's studies in London and moving to Utrecht for a second Master's in Molecular and Cellular Life Sciences. I'm looking for a long-term home for at least 2 years. I'm always able to pay rent on time, I have significant savings, and receive a monthly guaranteed EU income that covers the majority of the rent. I'm tidy and low-maintenance, easy to live with, and respect others' privacy. I have previously completed my Bachelor’s in Maastricht and am therefore familiar with Dutch culture. I like to stay home and am not too outgoing, rather, I enjoy a variety of physical activities such as running, tennis, and the gym.

My name is Carlos, and I’m currently looking for a studio apartment in Delft or the surrounding area. I will start a two-year postdoctoral position at TU Delft in October and plan to move at the beginning of the month. I currently have the option for a permanent contract, but I cannot take it since I am depended on the work agency housing. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time as I've permanently left my country of origin Lithuania. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others. I am willing to be involved in any matters that are important for the landlord or community. Honest and transparent in all matters. I am 33 years old. No pets. I am single. I am able to provide all necessary documents. My reason for moving is that I consider home environment to be very important to my overall wellbeing. A fully independent space is a goal of mine, it would be a great improvement to my current living conditions and open up new opportunities.
