Hello, I am Simon a 25 year old student from the small town of Würzburg in Germany. For four years I have studied architecture mainly there. For my Masters degree I was accepted at the TU-Delft, only thing missing now is a room to stay. I am rather a introverted type and often study focused. As full-time students, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and taking good care of the property. In terms of preferences, we are looking for a furnished or semi-furnished house or apartment with at least three bedrooms, preferably close to the university or with good public transport connectivity. Our ideal move-in date would be late July or early August, and we are hoping for a long-term rental arrangement for the duration of our studies.
