I’m Cristina, 25 years old, and I’ve been living in Amsterdamfor a while now. I work full-time in digital marketing as a team lead at an agency, and besides that I also run my own jewelry art studio at Treehouse NDSM. Most of my free time somehow ends up in the studio making jewelry or metal sculptures, which I genuinely love. I’d say I’m a very open-minded, friendly, and easygoing person. I like having a warm and comfortable home atmosphere, where everyone feels relaxed and at ease. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, dinners with friends, jazz music, and all the small cozy things that make a place feel like home. I’m also a very tidy person and I genuinely like cleanliness — to the point where I actually clean when I’m stressed, which I guess is not the worst coping mechanism to have 😅 I’m respectful of shared spaces and pretty mindful of the people I live with. At the moment I’m living with two guys already, so I’m very used to shared living and different personalities around the house. I’m social and happy to chat from time to time, but I also really respect personal space and everyone having their own routine.

As full-time students, we are committed to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and taking good care of the property. In terms of preferences, we are looking for a furnished or semi-furnished house or apartment with at least three bedrooms, preferably close to the university or with good public transport connectivity. Our ideal move-in date would be late July or early August, and we are hoping for a long-term rental arrangement for the duration of our studies. Hee, Ik ben Philip Honig en ga vanaf september Mechanical Engineering aan de Universiteit van Twente studeren en ben op zoek naar een gezellig studentenhuis waar ik samen met mijn huisgenoten een leuke studententijd kan beleven. Ik heb mijn VWO examens op het Comenius in Hilversum net afgerond. Ik woon in Nederhorst den Berg en heb een bijbaan bij de AH. Dat geld besteed ik vooral aan mijn schakelbrommer en aan leuke dingen doen met mijn vrienden.
