My name is Carlos, and I’m currently looking for a studio apartment in Delft or the surrounding area. I will start a two-year postdoctoral position at TU Delft in October and plan to move at the beginning of the month. I am a non-smoker, have no pets, and I’m looking for a quiet, stable place, as I will mostly be focused on work.

I'm someone who gets a lot of energy from being around people, whether that's at uni, a rugby training session, a night out, or just chatting over dinner. At the same time, I'm just as happy disappearing into nature for a walk, reading a good book, meditating for a bit, or taking my old camcorder out to film whatever catches my eye. I've also recently gotten into dancing, so don't be surprised if I'm the first one convincing people to join me on the dance floor. I've lived in France, the US, Scotland, and the UAE, which has given me the chance to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. I think that's made it pretty easy for me to connect with others and feel at home in new places. At home, I like keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I'm always happy to hang out or cook together, but I also appreciate everyone's own space just as I appreciate mine. My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts.
