In September begin ik aan mijn Masters Natuurkunde in Leiden en ik ben dan ook op zoek naar een nieuwe woning. Ik ben van plan ongeveer 2 jaar te verblijven en op zoek naar een fijne woning voor deze tijd. Kamer in een studentenhuis of een studio zijn voor mij allebei een optie! Ik kan goed overweg met anderen maar red me ook prima alleen.

My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. To be totally honest, heavy partying or going out to clubs isn't really my thing. My ideal evening looks way more like a cozy board or card game night (I absolutely love playing Uno!), a movie marathon, or just sharing a relaxed chat over a cup of tea. Furthermore, I am also always considerate towards the surroundings of my habitat, such as my neighbours. For example, the building where I lived during my 3 years in Zoeterwoude-Dorp was majoritarily inhabited by elderly people, hence I found it a priority to not disturb their peace and maintain a friendly relationship with them. Throughout my 3 years living there, I have never had any issues or disagreements with my landlord or the neighbours. Being an active member of the university football team at Leiden University, I like to spend most of my time, besides studying and working as an online tutor, outdoors. Furthermore, I do not smoke and do not have any pets.
