Hello everyone! I am an extremely clean international student who is seeking a peaceful place to stay for my master’s studies. I respect people’s boundaries and have several experiences of sharing houses.

My name is Svenja, I am 38 years old and work as a violin maker. From October 15th I will start a new position in a workshop in Arnhem Zuid. I have experience living in different shared housing situations and I am a respectful and considerate tenant who enjoys both social contact and giving others space. I appreciate a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere at home, and I take good care of the place where I live. I am a non-smoker, easy to live with, and planning to stay in Arnhem for the long term, so I am looking for a stable and comfortable place where I can feel at home. During the week I work full time and have a steady income. In my free time I like climbing, bouldering, yoga, hiking, and going to concerts. I do not yet speak Dutch, but I have already started learning.
