My girlfriend and I are relocating to the Netherlands and are currently looking for a short-term place for approximately 4 months while we settle in and secure long-term accommodation. I have a job lined up as a personal trainer in Jordaan, which I will be starting as soon as we arrive, so good access to Amsterdam is important to us. That said, we are very open on location and more than happy to commute. We are both Irish, very tidy, responsible, and respectful tenants. We are non-smokers and live a quiet lifestyle. Most of our time is spent working, training (we’re currently preparing for a marathon in October), and relaxing at home. While we do have friends in Amsterdam, we are not party people. Our plan is to use this short-term stay to begin working, build up payslips, and find a more permanent home. We are financially stable and committed to being reliable tenants for the full duration of the stay. We are currently based in Ireland and ready to travel as soon as we secure accommodation.

Onze voorkeur gaat naar een woning in regio Den Haag, Leiden en omstreken, maar we staan open voor andere opties zoals regio Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht. I’m Romy (on the right in the photos) and Lynn (on the left in the photos) is my twin sister. I am looking for a place for us to live together, or for my own studio or room. We are both 23 years old. I am a student at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam (Hogeschool van Amsterdam) and Lynn studies at Leiden University (The Hague campus). We both borrow the maximum student loan (around €1300). I currently live in Haarlem and Lynn lives in The Hague. We both also have part-time jobs alongside our studies, and we plan to work as well if we move somewhere else. We are both fairly quiet and not really into parties and going out, which is why we are looking for an apartment together or separate studios, rather than traditional shared student housing. Our preference is for a place in the Amsterdam, The Hague, or Leiden regions and surrounding areas, but we are open to other options as well.
