I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 8 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. Financieel sta ik er goed voor: ik heb spaargeld en ga naast mijn studie parttime werken, dus de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald. Hi everyone! My name's Pawel, I am 21 years old and I come from Wroclaw, Poland. I just finished my exchange at the University of Edinburgh and I will soon begin master's programmes in international law and philosophy at Leiden University. Since I left Poland at 18, I’ve lived with flatmates in Maastricht (where my home uni is), Hamburg (interned there last summer), and now in Edinburgh. I enjoy sharing meals with housemates and having spontaneous hangs together. I like to clean up immediately after eating and prefer for chores/shared purchases to be evenly distributed according to a sheet, so that the flat is kept cosy and drama averted.
