Mijn naam is Jim, in november word ik 19 jaar en in september begin ik met de studie Politicologie in Nijmegen. Voor mijn studie ben ik op zoek naar een leuke, gezellige woonruimte vanaf waar ik de universiteit, het centrum en mijn toekomstige bijbaan goed kan bereiken. Ik ben ook al volop aan het solliciteren naar een nieuw baantje in Nijmegen. Hopelijk lukt het om op tijd een fijne studentenkamer te vinden, want ik woon in West-Brabant en de reistijd is te lang om dagelijks op en neer te rijden. Ik ben sportief (sportschool en padel), ik kook graag en ik ben een vrolijk en positief persoon. Ik houd van gezelligheid en van kletsen over van alles en nog wat (van Netflix-series tot reizen tot wat de beste pizza is en tot filosoferen over de grote onderwerpen in het leven), maar ik ben ook zelfstandig. Ik zoek een huis waar het gezellig is en waar je elkaar een beetje leert kennen. Als jullie denken dat ik goed zou passen, dan kom ik graag een keer langs om kennis te maken. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
