Hi everyone! My name is Panos (23, from Greece), and I’m moving to Enschede in early August to start my MSc in Business Information Technology at UT. Since I am currently still in Greece, I am looking to meet future housemates and see rooms over video calls. I know everyone says similar things in these profiles, so I will try to back them up with my real life experience. I am an understanding and patient person. You can expect responsibility, strict cleanliness, and respect for personal space and boundaries from me. Greece has mandatory military service, so I spent almost a year living with more than 40 other people in the same room. Because of that, I’m very used to being around people, keeping things clean and organized, and resolving conflicts calmly. I’m moving to the Netherlands to focus on my Master's and my startup (I love building things in general and I actually got into the Greek Forbes 30 Under 30 list last year for a medical startup I co-founded). I appreciate a calm home to work in during the week, but love a house that feels alive, social, and up for a shared dinner or a beer. In my free time, I am really passionate about running, traveling, and cooking. I would also love to learn Dutch. I've already started a bit and it's really exciting! Hi dear, Good day. My name is Franc, I am 30 years old, and I am interested in moving in Utrecht. I have been living, studying and now working in the Netherlands for the last five years and I currently rent a place in Rotterdam with my brother. I work in Finance as a Credit Analyst for an American International company based in Utrecht and Deventer, called AJC International for the last 2 years, where I have built a stable career and expecting a promotion by the end of 2026. My gross monthly income is about €4,200 (approximately €3,350 net + bonuses). In addition to my monthly income, I have approximately €7,000 in personal savings and a family member (brother) as a guarantor if needed. My motivation for moving to Utrecht is primarily work-related as my company's offices are located close to Utrecht, and as requested from my employer, living nearby would allow me to work more days at the office rather than fully remote. Outside of work, I enjoy doing sports, cooking, spending time with my family and maintaing a healthy lifestyle.
