Hello! I’m Venkatesh, a 22-year-old working professional currently based in Rotterdam. I recently completed my bachelor’s degree in International Agribusiness and Trade and will be working full-time for a company in Ridderkerk. My friend Kartik and I are looking for a clean and comfortable apartment from 1 September 2026, preferably near Barendrecht station, Ridderkerk or Rotterdam-Zuid. We are looking for a property (apartment/studio) with two separate bedrooms, with a combined rental budget of approximately €1,500–€1,850 per month. We are both quiet, tidy, non-smoking and responsible tenants. As we work full-time during weekdays, we appreciate a peaceful home environment and will take good care of the apartment. We respect neighbours and house rules and always pay rent on time. We can provide employment contracts, proof of income, identification documents and, where required, a guarantor. We are looking for a long-term home where both tenants can officially register at the address.

Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
