Omdat we beiden veel met het openbaar vervoer reizen, gaat onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een appartement op loopafstand van een station. Wij zijn allebei netjes, rustig en handig. We wonen inmiddels ruim drie jaar in ons appartement in Maastricht en hebben in die tijd nooit hulp van onze huisbaas hoeven vragen, bijvoorbeeld voor reparaties of onderhoud. Wij zoeken dan ook een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen die we ons thuis kunnen noemen.

At the moment, I am employed in “Loetje Tilburg” restaurant - a catering job in the center. This is my main source of income which would cover the rent. However, to ensure that there are no delays in payments, I have a guarantor – my father, - who is an ICT cunsultant working from Riga, Lativa, and who can secure all the payments if needed.
