I have a stable income and I'm looking for a long-term place to live. I'm a quiet, clean and responsible tenant who respects both the property and the neighbours. I don't smoke, I don't organize parties, and I always keep shared areas clean and tidy. In my free time I enjoy going to the gym and cooking.
