I have already fully finalized my university registration, paid my financial guarantee, and secured my student visa, so my finances and paperwork are 100% stable and ready to go. A bit about me: I am currently finishing up my mandatory military service in the South Korean Air Force. Because of this, I am incredibly disciplined, highly value a clean and structured living environment, and deeply respect house rules, shared chores, and quiet hours.
