I am searching for a room, studio, or one-bedroom apartment within approximately 30–50 minutes from the university or in a nearby city with convenient public transportation connections. I do not have a preference regarding whether the accommodation is furnished or unfurnished. However, registration is very important for me. A little about myself: * I do not have pets or children. * I am a non-smoker. * I enjoy sports and physical activities. I organised a volleyball club in Iceland for Ukrainian youth, which is still active today. * I am passionate about mountains and nature, so in my free time I enjoy exploring cities, parks, and outdoor areas rather than staying at home. * I have been living in Iceland for more than four years. * I worked as a sushi chef in Iceland for almost two years. * I love old and antique jewellery, so I will definitely be visiting antique shops and flea markets as soon as I arrive in the city.

Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer vanaf half augustus en wil deze voor minimaal een jaar (maar liever twee jaar) huren. Mijn budget is strikt begrensd op €500 per maand inclusief bijkomende kosten; idealiter liggen de kosten zelfs lager. Ik hoop echt de juiste kamer te vinden, want ik geloof dat de onderlinge banden in huis bepalend zijn voor hoe je je tijd daar ervaart. Laat het me weten als je iets voor me hebt. Ik ben Bram, 23 jaar oud en woon in Utrecht. Ik heb daar ook gestudeerd, en werk nu bij Essent als software developer. Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie.
