EN: Hi! I'm Nicolò, 25, originally from Milan. I hold a master's in Finance and have been living in Utrecht since 2025. I'm currently working part-time and actively interviewing for a full-time role in my field, so I have a stable income now and a full-time position on the horizon. I'm searching in two ways: for a single room for myself, or — even better — for an apartment to share with two close friends. We've already agreed to move in together, and both of them already hold stable, permanent employment contracts, so for a 2–3 bedroom place we're a ready-made and financially solid group of tenants. As a housemate and tenant I'm tidy and quiet, and I treat shared spaces and house rules with respect. I'm a non-smoker, I keep regular hours, and I'm the type who washes up the same evening rather than "tomorrow." I'm easy-going and sociable, and I genuinely enjoy cooking (Italian, naturally), so housemates rarely complain. On guarantees: my father is available as a guarantor, I can provide proof of income and employment, and I'm able to prepay several months of rent in advance if that helps. Wat betreft garanties: mijn vader kan optreden als garantsteller, ik kan bewijs van inkomen en werk aanleveren, en ik kan indien gewenst meerdere maanden huur vooruitbetalen.
