Hallo, ik vind uw appartement erg mooi. Even voorstellen: ik ben dit jaar toegelaten tot de ArtEZ Hogeschool voor de Kunsten en begin daar in augustus met mijn vierjarige opleiding Product Design. Het adres van de campus in Arnhem is: Onderlangs 9, 6812 CE Arnhem. Ik hecht veel waarde aan persoonlijke hygiëne, rook en drink niet en heb geen huisdieren. Ik ben een extravert persoon en lees en teken graag in mijn vrije tijd. Als ik een appartement zou delen, zou ik het goed kunnen vinden met mijn huisgenoten, prettig met ze kunnen communiceren en de schoonmaak van het appartement kunnen delen. Mijn familie is Chinees, maar we wonen momenteel in Madrid, Spanje. Ik heb drie jaar op een internationale middelbare school in Madrid gezeten. Mijn familie heeft voldoende financiële middelen om de huur te kunnen betalen. We kunnen op elk moment naar Nederland reizen en ter plekke het huurcontract tekenen. We kunnen er direct intrekken.
