A bit about us as tenants: we're quiet, tidy, and easy to deal with. I take care of the place I live in and treat it like it's my own. Rent and bills are always paid on time — that's non-negotiable for me. We're both non-smokers, we don't have pets, and we're respectful of neighbours when it comes to noise. We're sociable and friendly but not the type to throw parties or cause trouble. Outside of work and studies, I'm into running, reading, coding, and socializing with friends, when I have the free time to do it.
