From September I'll be spending my exchange semester at Utrecht University, and I'm looking for a nice studio or apartment to call home during my time in the city. I've been living on my own for the past five years, so I know how to take good care of a place. I'd describe myself as quiet, clean, responsible and easy-going, and I'm always considerate of both the apartment and the neighbours. Outside of my studies I enjoy exploring new places and restaurants, cooking, and going to the gym. On the practical side: my parents fully support me and will act as guarantors, and I'm happy to provide a signed rental guarantee, so rent and deposit are well covered.
