I am moving to the Netherlands to focus on my studies and am looking for a calm, long-term place to live. I am responsible, organized, and respectful of shared spaces and neighbors. I do not smoke and I do not have pets. I speak Spanish and English and I am currently learning Dutch A2. My studies and living expenses will be financially supported by my family, thus a guarantor and proof of employment can be provided upon request. Further financial statements can also be provided upon request, but monthly income averages € 2200
