I am Viktoria, 20, from Germany and starting my master’s programme in nutrition at WUR this upcoming September. I am already living and studying in the Netherlands at the moment. I am looking for a room/studio in and around Utrecht since I fell in love with the city after visiting during my bachelor’s programme. Currently, I live in a shared student house in Venlo, but have also rented a studio before. I would describe myself as a very calm person that appreciates personal space but also enjoys occasional company; especially for coffee and food ;) In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking and baking and I also do figure skating, so I spend a lot of time on ice! I am a very clean person who doesn't smoke and expect this also from potential housemates.

I am currently in my last year of high school, so next year will be my first year at TU Eindhoven - Computer Science.

My name is Núria, I’m a 21 year old (soon to be 22) classical music major. This August I will start my master’s degree in Zuyd university and I’m looking for accommodation (I’d be willing to start renting sooner). I’ve spent the last four years in shared flats so I have a lot of experience in sharing, cleaning and taking care of common spaces. I’m responsible and organised. I love to read and to draw, however, I’m also quite social and enjoy hanging out with my friends (outside the flat).

Geachte heer/mevrouw, Met veel enthousiasme reageren wij op uw woning. Wij zijn Simon (24) en Kieran (21), en bij het zien van de woning werden wij direct enthousiast – het voelde meteen als een plek waar wij ons thuis kunnen zien. In het dagelijks leven is Simon werkzaam bij de politie en werkt Kieran in de zorg naast dat ze haar laatste jaar van de studie beeldende therapie volgt. Hierdoor hebben wij een stabiele basis en een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel dat wij ook meenemen in hoe wij met een woning en de omgeving omgaan. Wij roken niet en hebben geen huisdieren, wat bijdraagt aan een rustige en nette leefomgeving. In onze vrije tijd houden wij ons bezig met muziek maken. Dit doen wij voornamelijk buitenshuis bij verschillende verenigingen. Thuis is het dus geen bron van overlast – hooguit van een keer zachtjes meezingen tijdens het koken (en zelfs dat proberen we binnen de perken te houden 😉). Wij zijn nette, sociale huurders die het belangrijk vinden om prettig samen te leven met de buurt. Een vriendelijk praatje, een helpende hand of gewoon even meedenken: daar staan wij altijd voor open. Daarnaast zijn wij oplossingsgericht en hebben wij inmiddels drie jaar ervaring met het huren van een woning, wat ons heeft geleerd hoe belangrijk goed huurderschap is. Kortom, wij zoeken niet alleen een huis, maar een plek waar we ons thuis kunnen voelen en waar we een positieve bijdrage kunnen leveren aan de omgeving. Beste lezer, Mijn naam is Siva, ik ben 32 jaar oud en werk in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. In mijn werk help ik mensen mede vanuit mijn eigen levenservaring, iets wat mij veel voldoening geeft. Ik ben sociaal, maar hecht ook veel waarde aan rust. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik mij bezig met krachttraining, performance art en muziek maken. Volgend jaar ga ik beginnen aan de studie Taal en Cultuurstudies in aan de Universiteit van Utrecht. Ik woon op dit moment in Twente, en heen en weer reizen naar Utrecht gaat er simpelweg niet in zitten, daarom ben ik op zoek naar een leuke kamer of studio in of rondom Utrecht

Ik ben Tip, 20 jaar oud en zit momenteel in het derde jaar van mijn studie Politicologie aan de VU. Naast mijn studie zit ik niet stil; ik werk bij een consultancybureau in de stad. Ik heb hierdoor mijn zaakjes goed op orde en een druk eigen leven, maar ben altijd in voor gezelligheid daar buiten. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik sportief (ik doe veel aan hardlopen en zaalvoetbal).
