My wife is starting her Master's degree at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), and I recently relocated to the Netherlands after working for over 10 years in the financial reporting field. I am a CFA Charterholder and am currently looking for opportunities in the Dutch finance sector. We are financially responsible and stable. We both own apartments in Seoul that generate rental income, and we also have substantial savings, so paying rent on time will never be an issue. We are happy to provide proof of savings or income if requested. We are looking for a place where we can stay for at least one year, and preferably longer. We are clean, quiet, respectful of our neighbours, and we take great care of the homes we live in. We would love the opportunity to become reliable long-term tenants. Een omgeving waar duidelijkheid, veiligheid en wederzijds respect centraal staan, en waar zij een betrouwbare en overzichtelijke basis vindt om zich op haar toekomst te kunnen richten. Betrokkenheid en begeleiding vanuit ons is daarbij mogelijk. De bedoeling is dat je onderdeel wordt van het huishouden, bijvoorbeeld door gezamenlijk (avond) te eten en het huishouden te delen, zoals gebruikelijk in een gedeelde woonomgeving. Bij wederzijdse tevredenheid is een langer verblijf bespreekbaar.
