Geachte verhuurder, Mijn naam is Thomas Stoop, ik ben 26 jaar oud en woon inmiddels al meer dan zeven jaar in Utrecht. Het afgelopen jaar heb ik zelfstandig in een studio gewoond. Helaas moest ik deze woning verlaten omdat de eigenaar heeft besloten deze te verkopen. Indien gewenst kan ik hiervoor een verhuurdersverklaring aanleveren. Momenteel verblijf ik tijdelijk in mijn geboortestad Harderwijk, in afwachting van een nieuwe woning. Ik werk vier dagen per week bij de Gemeente Utrecht als facilitair beheerder van de sporthallen. Mijn maandinkomen ligt tussen de €1600 en €1800. Ik ben geen student meer en zoek een rustig en fijn plekje om te wonen, weg van het studentenleven.
