I am coming to Delft to do an exchange for the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year. I am looking for accommodation from 1/9/2026 to 29/1/2027 and possibly a couple of days either side. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space and I love to cook, travel, camp, go to the beach and generally have fun. Ideally I would like to live in a student house where I can get to meet lots of new like minded people.

Ik heb net mijn studie Handhaver Toezicht en Veiligheid afgerond en ik ben nu direct aan het solliciteren bij werknemers zoals Service en Veiligheid. Ik werk momenteel ook veel bij de Lidl om een goed inkomen te houden. Mijn inkomen elke maand is nu 1268 euro (netto), maar ik ben van plan om mijn contracteren te verhogen zodat mijn netto maandinkomen rond 2000/2200 gaat zitten. En ik ben volgende week 21 waardoor mijn loon ook flink omhoog zal gaan. Als ik wordt aangenomen bij Veiligheid en Service zou dit inkomen veranderen naar 2700/3200 euro bruto per maand. Ik ben van plan om alleen te gaan wonen. Ik zoek naar een woning in verband met de nieuwe baan. Er is een grote kans dat ik de baan krijg, dus dan moet ik ook een woning hebben in de buurt van mijn werkplek. Ik heb ook een garantstelling van een ouder. Hi there, my name is Jordan and I am a 29 year old undergraduate student from Los Angeles who will be doing an exchange at Utrecht University from August 2026 to August 2027. I will be studying law & political theory. Though I am a student and will not be working I will be receiving extensive financial aid through my home university and have a large pool of savings, so I will be able to meet whatever necessary income requirements. I also have a guarantor to assist me, if necessary. When I'm not studying I love to read, watch the NBA (go Lakers!), try new restaurants, and go to the movies. When the weather is nice I like to be outside with a good book or picnic. In a housing environment I like to keep things neat and organized and I am very respectful of other peoples' space/items/sleep, etc. I like to take it easy for the most part during the week, but I also enjoy a night out on the weekend. I am happy to have relaxed social gatherings at home like dinner parties, game nights, or film nights, too. When getting to know new housemates I think choosing a show to watch together, cooking a meal together, or chatting over a card/board game are all great ways to connect. I am a non-smoker and I do not have any pets. I love animals, though I would not be able to have any pets go into my room in a shared accommodation as I have an allergy.
