Beste lezer, Ik ben Jur, 24 jaar en op zoek naar een studio/appartement voor mezelf. Afgelopen jaar ben ik afgestudeerd en recent ben ik begonnen met mijn nieuwe baan als jurist. Ik woon momenteel in een studentenkamer waar ik binnenkort uit moet, vandaar dat ik dringend op zoek ben. Alvast hartelijk dank voor een reactie!

We are Nil and Deniz, a calm and responsible couple looking for a long-term rental in Rotterdam. I am currently taking a gap year while preparing my portfolio for future animation studies and working part-time. My partner Nil is a student and has the necessary documentation and financial support from her family. Our combined monthly income is approximately €2500. In addition, my mother can act as a guarantor. She is self-employed (ZZP) with a stable average monthly income of around €6000, and all required documents can be provided. We are both quiet, respectful and reliable tenants. We do not smoke, have no pets, and take very good care of any property we live in. We are looking for a stable long-term home and plan to move around the end of July.
