about me. i have been living in Amsterdam for a couple years now and I am looking for something for the next years while I am studying and preferable also after that. I am in my third year of my studies and also work while going to school. In my free time I like to be physically active (going to the gym, running, dancing). I enjoy a chill and calm days when I am not stressed and that is exactly the reason why I am looking for a place I can make my home and take care of.

Hoii, ik ben Loes (18 jaar), ik kom uit Enschede en ga beginnen aan de studie Liberal Arts and Sciences aan de UU en daarom zoek ik (per direct) een kamer in Utrecht en omstreken. Even over mezelf: Ik woon bij mijn ouders en mijn jongere broertje en ik werk bij de Appie. Ik zie mezelf als iemand die tussen introvert en extrovert in zit. Ik ben namelijk soms een beetje stil/het kost me tijd om uit m’n schulp te komen, maar daarentegen ook uitgaand, enthousiast en ondernemend. Ik vind het persoonlijk erg belangrijk om rekening met elkaar te houden. Ik doe graag leuke dingen met mijn vrienden zoals een dagje shoppen, uitgaan, naar concerten gaan of gewoon een film kijken en chillen. Ook ben ik een nieuwsgierig persoon en wil ik nieuwe dingen en plekken ontdekken. Zo ben ik ooit gaan backpacken in Thailand en dat heeft er wel voor gezorgd dat ik nu ook nog heel graag meer zou willen reizen. Ik ben niet het meest sportieve typ, maar ik sta er zeker voor open om ook qua sport nieuwe dingen uit te proberen. Voor hoogtes ben ik niet bang. Zo ben ik al eens gaan skydiven en paragliden. Dat soort dingen vind ik heel gaaf. Ik ben geen culinair wonder maar ik kan zeker een goede pasta pesto maken en een lekkere taart bakken en ik ben sowieso van plan om vaak te gaan koken zodra ik op kamers ga. Als laatste ben ik een creatief (vind af en toe tekenen en schilderen leuk om te doen), netjes, en toch wel lichtelijk chaotisch persoon. Verder is het nog handig om te weten dat ik allergisch ben voor katten, dus samenwonen met een kat kan ik niet. Ik ben geen vegetariër, maar ik vind het geen probleem om veel vegetarisch te gaan koken/eten. Heb je nog een vraag aan mij, stuur me dan gerust een berichtje!

Hey everyone :)) Im Ruben, a student from Münster, looking for a fun flatshare in Enschede. Right now I´m living in Münster in a flatshare with two flatmates that got really great frinds of mine. But because of my Study Programm: Public Governance across Borders (Management, Society and Technology at the UT) I´m gonna move to Enschede. The study programm includes studying one year in Enschede at the UT which im very happy about. I love to cook and bake. Especially cooking for other people cause sharing is caring, I guess :) !! Hoi! Ik ben Leonie, 29 (of bijna 30 ;) jaar oud, en kom oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland. Maar ik woon nu al bijna twee jaar in Utrecht en heb hier helemaal mijn plek gevonden die ik zo snel niet meer wil verlaten. Ik heb een opleiding gevolgd aan de HKU, maar besloot na een paar semesters om het creatieve pad op mijn eigen manier te volgen. Ik heb het studentenleven dus weer ingeruild voor de werkende wereld - that’s more my cup of tea ;) Voordat ik naar Utrecht kwam, heb ik een professionele opleiding tot foodfotograaf afgerond en ik werk nu als foto-assistent voor twee Amsterdamse foodfotografen. Daarnaast volg ik mijn passie voor lekker eten en koffies tijdens mijn vaste baan in de keuken van de “30ml” op de Nachtegaalstraat en geef ik online tekenles. In mijn vrije tijd veel creatief bezig. Je vind me waarschijnlijk vaak met mijn schetsboek of iPad en een pen in mijn hand, vergezeld van een heet kopje koffie of thee ...óf ik waag me aan iets heel nieuws, zoals knuffeltjes haken of dingen maken met glaskralen (allebei nog niet heel succesvol, but practice makes perfect ;) Bovendien hou ik ervan de dag met wat beweging en sporten te beginnen en om lekker te wandelen. Binnenkort wil ik ook beginnen met kickboksen. Verder kun je me wel een beetje een foodie noemen - vooral van het bakken word ik helemaal blij! Je kunt me altijd enthousiast krijgen om samen te koken, of gewoon tussendoor bij te kletsen met een koffietje of glasje wijn. Het lijkt me erg leuk om tijd met elkaar door te brengen - ik hou zeker van gezelligheid en het idee dat je samen een fijne sfeer in het huis creëert. Maar ik vind het ook belangrijk dat iedereen genoeg ruimte voor zichzelf heeft, rust vindt, en ruimte krijgt voor alle grote en kleine uitdagingen van het eigen leven. Dus: een goede balans ;) En natuurlijk dat we het huis een beetje netjes houden ;)
