While we are not currently employed in the Netherlands, we have stable rental income from property in Seoul and approximately €24,000 in savings based on the current exchange rate. In addition, we have a guarantor who has committed to supporting us with €1,500 per month. All relevant documents can be provided immediately. We are mature, quiet, tidy, punctual, and non-smoking tenants with excellent references from our current landlord. We respect neighbours, do not host parties, and value a clean and peaceful living environment. We also have a small 8-year-old dog (12 kg). He is calm, well-behaved, accustomed to apartment living, never marks or relieves himself indoors, and has no history of property damage.
