Hallo, Om te beginnen: dit account is van mijn zus Nathalie: zij zocht een kamer en heeft deze gevonden! Ik (Michelle) hoop via deze weg nu een studio te vinden. Foto's en dit profiel hebben dan nu ook betrekking op mij / Michelle. Ik ben 21 jaar oud en zit in het tweede jaar van mijn studie Geschiedenis aan de RUG. De studie en Groningen bevallen me uitstekend! Ik woon vanaf het begin op kamers aan de Prof ED Wiersmastraat, in een huis met 4 studenten. Hoewel we goed rekening houden met elkaar, ben ik toch op zoek naar een plekje helemaal voor mezelf. Ik ben dan ook op zoek naar een studio om de komende 2-4 jaar in te verblijven. In huis hou ik van een nette omgeving waarbij er ruimte is om dingen te doen, zoals mijn hobby's of lekker koken of bakken. Over het algemeen ben ik stil in huis, aangezien ik de drukte op zoek en niet naar mij toe breng. Soms heb ik vrienden over de vloer, maar dit doe ik nu altijd in overleg met mijn huisgenoten. Op een nieuwe plek zou ik dit, wanneer nodig, ook zeker bij de buren aangeven / overleggen. Hi, I'm Keshini. I'm from Mauritius and I moved to Utrecht in August 2025 to pursue a BSc in Economics and Business Economics at Utrecht University. I have been living here for 7 months now, and I've been loving it since! I'm very grateful for my parents to be financially helping me with tuition fees, living expenses as well as rent so I don't need to worry about money, but I'm also working a part time job to boost my CV and gain more experience in general. I have also been very active in the student life at Utrecht University ever since I moved here. I've volunteered as a Peer Leader for the university's welcome week in August, and I'm the Chair of the Wellbeing Committee of ECU'92 at Utrecht University. I'm responsible for leading the committee and organising events and dividing the tasks among members. So far, we've organised several events such as a karaoke night, a Chess Tournament and also a Hiking activity and many more to come! I'm also really into fitness; I go to the gym at least twice a week and do yoga or pilates at home sometimes. I love reading and travelling as well, especially solo travelling. I started travelling in 2025 and I've been to 6 countries so far and I've also visited a few cities in the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Maastricht and Leiden.
