Mijn naam is Kateryna. Ik ben op zoek naar een woning in Arnhem of Nijmegen voor ongeveer 12 maanden. Even een korte introductie: ik ben 20 jaar oud en kom uit Oekraïne. Ik studeer aan de HAN, waar ik de opleiding International Business volg. Ik heb een jaar in Arnhem gewoond in het Helix SSH-gebouw en had daar een contract voor een jaar. In mijn tweede jaar deelde ik een appartement met twee andere huurders, dus ik heb ervaring met samenwonen met een paar mensen. Indien nodig kan ik een referentie van hen als verhuurder overleggen. Mijn financiële garantstellers zijn mijn ouders, dus ik kan hun financiële garantiedocumenten overleggen. Hun gemiddelde netto-inkomen over de afgelopen 3 maanden is 5037 euro. Vanaf september 2026 zit ik in mijn laatste bachelorjaar en vanaf dan ga ik ook op zoek naar een baan. Ik spreek verschillende talen: Engels, Oekraïens, Russisch, Duits en een beetje Nederlands, dus ik hoop dat we elkaar goed zullen kunnen verstaan.

Ik ben Lilian, 21 jaar en ik studeer pedagogische wetenschappen aan de UU. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik veel creatief bezig; er ligt eigenlijk altijd wel een projectje in de la. Daarnaast speel ik graag spelletje en ga regelmatig naar concerten. Verder ben ik te vinden in het zwembad, het theater of op de yogamat. Als huisgenoot ben ik rustig en netjes, maar ik hou ook van gezelligheid in huis. Het lijkt me leuk om af en toe samen te eten, een spelletje te doen of spontaan op pad te gaan, maar ik vind het ook fijn als iedereen zijn eigen ding kan doen. Het lijkt me leuk je te leren kennen, dus hopelijk tot snel!

Beste, Mijn naam is Chun en samen met mijn vriend ben ik op zoek naar een fijn appartement in Arnhem om samen te gaan wonen. Op dit moment studeer ik Tuin en landschapsinrichting op de hogeschool Van Hall Larenstein in Velp. En verwacht in September af te gaan studeren. Ik ben graag buiten en hou ervan om actief bezig te zijn. Zo zijn een aantal hobby's van mij hardlopen, boulderen en surfen in Spanje : ) Mijn vriend Klaas werkt op dit moment bij het openbaar ministerie als jurist. Ook hij houd van buiten te zijn en een rondje te rennen in het Sonsbeekpark. We hebben op dit moment een hele lieve kat ed die niet voor overlast zorgt en zouden deze graag mee willen nemen. Is dit niet mogelijk dan kunnen we nog kijken naar een andere oplossing voor hem.

Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 8 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. Ik leer ook Nederlands, dus ik hoop snel een beetje mee te kunnen praten! Wat ik meeneem: een mooie cd-collectie, handige huishoudelijke apparaten en eventueel meubels voor de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Financieel sta ik er goed voor: ik heb spaargeld en ga naast mijn studie parttime werken, dus de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald.
