Ik ben Josha. Ik kom uit Eindhoven. Afgelopen zomer ben ik naar Krimpen aan den IJssel verhuisd om te studeren. Wij zijn een stel van 23 en 22 jaar oud (Zwitserse en Nederlandse nationaliteit) en op zoek naar een fijne huurwoning voor de langere termijn. Wij zijn nette, verantwoordelijke en respectvolle huurders die veel waarde hechten aan een rustige, schone en comfortabele woonomgeving. We zijn niet-rokers en geen feestgangers, en leiden een rustig en stabiel leven. Betrouwbaarheid en zorgvuldigheid staan bij ons voorop, en we gaan altijd netjes met een woning om. Daarnaast zijn we handig en werken we graag met onze handen. Kleine klusjes of onderhoud in huis pakken wij met plezier zelf op, waardoor we een woning goed kunnen onderhouden. In onze vrije tijd hebben we een grote interesse in kunst en cultuur. We gaan graag naar musea, het theater en de bioscoop, en hebben een sterke interesse in film en beeldcultuur. Wij zijn op zoek naar een plek waar we ons echt thuis kunnen voelen voor de langere termijn.
