Hi, Omdat het vrij lastig is voor studenten om een kamer te vinden in Enschede bied ik hierbij 2 kamers aan.

Wij zijn Huize Twee9, een gezellig studentenhuis met zowel Saxion als UT studenten. We eten elke avond samen in onze woonkamer of op ons dakterras in de zomer. We zijn allemaal actief bij studie/studenten/sportverenigingen. Om de week houden we maandag een huisavond waar we samen spelletjes spelen, EOTB of een film kijken of leuke activiteiten ondernemen, zoals thema-huisavonden. Ook gaan we regelmatig met elkaar naar festivals en organiseren we elk jaar SinterKerst en Nieuw.

Op dit moment studeer en woon ik al ongeveer vier jaar in het hoge noorden, Groningen. Naast mijn studie ben ik actief bij mijn studentensportvereniging en Het Juridisch Spreekuur. Ik heb een actieve levensstijl en doe graag dingen met vrienden (studeren, eten, sporten en festivals). Aankomend jaar begin ik in Amsterdam en zoek ik nog een leuke plek om te wonen!

My name is Joshua, and I am about to start my second year of the Master's program in Artificial Intelligence and Engineering Systems at TU Eindhoven. This year of my studies is going to be demanding, as I'll start work on my thesis, so what I'm really looking for is a calm and quiet home and I think a studio suits that perfectly. I mainly use my home to study, sleep, and unwind, and I have no interest in turning it into a social hub. I don't throw parties, and I don't invite loud friends over. I'm pretty introverted but even if I want to do social things, I rather do it outside my home because I love having my space to myself. I also take real pride in how I look after a space. I'm very clean and organized, and I bring the same discipline to my home that I bring to my studies, everything has its place, and I stay on top of upkeep rather than letting things slide. You can trust that your property would be well cared for the whole time I'm there. On the practical side, I'm someone you can count on. Rent will always be paid on time, without exception. I don't smoke, and I don't have pets, so there's no risk of odor, damage, or allergens in the property. I'll be honest that I'm searching with some urgency, since my current contract ends at the end of August, but I don't want that to come across as desperation. I'm looking for a stable, long-term home for the rest of my Master's and the coming years as I transition into full time work. I think a quiet, well-kept studio and a quiet, well-kept tenant just make sense together, and I'd be very happy to share references, or anything else that would put your mind at ease. From September onwards I will study "Social Challenges, Policies, and Interventions" in Utrecht and after a few years in Nijmegen I am now ready to make a new city my home.
