Zelf woon ik al mijn hele leven in Breda, maar omdat ik komend jaar aan de University of Twente Creative Technology ga studeren, komt daar verandering in. Ik ben 18 jaar en kijk er erg naar uit om in Twente te gaan wonen. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag creatief en praktisch bezig. Ik werk vaak aan projecten waarbij ik iets maak, zoals borduurwerk, elektronische projectjes of sleutelen aan motoren. Daarnaast is muziek een groot deel van mijn leven: ik speel gitaar en piano, probeer af en toe iets in FL Studio te maken en luister natuurlijk ook veel muziek. Verder ben ik ook zeker niet vies van af en toe een avond gamen. Omdat Breda best ver van Twente ligt, verwacht ik niet elk weekend op en neer te gaan en zal ik dus veel in Twente blijven. Juist daarom lijkt het me leuk om een goede band op te bouwen met huisgenoten — of dat nou samen eten, spontaan iets ondernemen, iets maken of gewoon een goed gesprek is.

Hoi! Mijn naam is Daphne (25 jaar, vrouw) en ik ben op zoek naar een nieuwe woonplek voor de lange termijn. Sinds september 2025 ben ik met mijn eerste baan gestart als onderzoekstechnicus/onderzoeker bij de microbiologie afdeling aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam, echter woon ik nu nog in mijn studentenstad Wageningen wat een reistijd van (minimaal, als het OV meezit) 4 uur per dag met zich meebrengt om op mijn werk en thuis te geraken. Daarnaast zal ik in juli 2026 mijn huidige woning uitgezet worden, waardoor ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe woning idealiter een stukje dichter bij mijn werk :). Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte en vind het belangrijk dat een woning schoon en netjes blijft. Ik heb een vast werkritme en ben doordeweeks vooral gericht op werk en ontspanning thuis. In het weekend vind ik het gezellig om af en toe iets te ondernemen met vrienden, maar thuis hecht ik vooral aan rust en ontspanning. In mijn vrije tijd lees ik graag, ben ik creatief bezig (haken, breien, af en toe schilderen, bakken en koken) en breng ik graag tijd buiten door.

I am studying Psychology as my second Bachelor degree in Leiden. I live here since one year after I ended my first bachelor in Sustainable Economics in Germany (Bonn). That was a nice time but figured out that Psychology is my path that I want to pursue. I am interested in conversations and people per se but also enjoy easy talks to laugh a lot. I can imagine to live in Leiden or The Hague. I do acting since a long time ago, started freshly with tennis and my next project is, of course, to learn dutch. I honestly didn't have time to go to a dutch course but I listen to my dutch tennis trainer every Monday for one hour. So I somehow understand it a bit, but I want to learn it for sure! In 2026 studeer ik af met een master in de Klinische Psychologie, waarna ik nog een extra master Neuropsychologie wil volgen in Maastricht. Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. Daarnaast roken we niet en hebben we geen huisdieren. Graag stellen wij ons verder persoonlijk aan u voor tijdens een bezichtiging.
